I have never read so much bias rubbish in my life. You fit rectangular pools so they have to be best. Of course they are your profit margin is greater with that type of pool? Of course it is.
What happens when someone buying a property prefers a kidney shaped pool to the rectangular one that is installed does the price go down? of course it doesn't.
It all comes down to preference you either want a pool that looks a bit different serves its purpouse and functions or you want a rectangular pool to do the same thing at about 4 times the price.
This is probably the last I will see of this comment as it doesn't agree with your findings. And yes I do have a kidney shaped pool with a 20 year guarantee and the ability to change the liner to a different patern should the mood take me. Can you guarantee the pool for 20 years and change all the tiles when you want to? Having fitted my own pool all the margells (sp)
fit perfectly. Please let me know your source that predicts the house prices will be affected. Our neighbour who is French and a director of one of the biggest French estate agents said your comments on this matter are unfounded. Well that's not really what he said but I can't repeat it. Oh and by the way he has a kidney shaped pool.
Never the less a good article to promote your buisness even though it's not accurate, who cares you will have boosted your sale by one or two people who are uninformed and easily taken in.
There are pro's and cons for both types of pools.
